	Office Fit-Out: Bolton Street This project involved the transformation of a blank concrete tenancy into a cutting edge, market leading Financial Advisors Head Office. Works included structural steel mezzanine floor, timber frame fire rated gyprock clad partition walls and a combination of set and drop in tile suspended ceilings.
	Office Re-Fit: Newcastle CBD This project involved extensive internal building renovation and fit-out to transform an outdated, run down old office environment into a cutting edge, market leading advertising agency. The entire internal fit-out of the first floor of this building has to be demolished to create an open space.
