RTC Commercial provides a wide range of commercial building solutions across both the private and Government sectors. Examples of some of the private clients include Zurich Australia, Angus & Robertson, Australian Laser Clinic, Baker’s Delight, Coles Myer, Colliers International, Companion Credit Union, Mission Australia, Panthers, Robinson Property and Westpac. Similarly, a consistent high standard is being delivered to such government bodies as NSW Department of Commerce, DOCS and DADHC to mention a few.
RTC Commercial Pty Ltd has a wealth of knowledge and strong history of successfully completing projects and delivering award winning results. We are currently pre-registered for works with NSW Department of Commerce and many of these projects are undertaken with Design and Construct contracts.
RTC Commercial proudly displays a three level showroom that has themed office areas, meeting rooms, retail display areas, commercial bars and café and a residential living area including a kitchen – all of which are fully operational. The aim of this facility is to display materials in a life size application rather than relying on a client being able to visualise what a tiny sample may look like when used in their project. All materials have been applied using exceptional standards of workmanship which reflect what will be delivered to our clients.
Our experience in many “Live” sites including airports, hospitals and schools has reinforced the extreme need for a steadfast system to control cost, time and quality. These intense environments require the utmost attention to detail in regard to programming and allow us to continuously refine our policies and procedures to implement across all of our work sites.
A history with repeat clients with Government Departments means we are well versed in the potential pitfalls and issues associated with sub contractors and suppliers with novated contracts, the coordination of nominated sub contractors and suppliers (including communications and IT) and the procurement of Fittings Fixtures and Equipment where a supply and installation responsibility is required.
The unique strength of the RTC Group is the fact that our combined operations and skills encompass all aspects of the building and construction life cycle. On behalf of clients we are continually considering the longevity and maintenance of materials and methods of construction at the design stage. This ultimately ensures a more cost effective and “value added” result for our clients.
