Office Re-fit - Newcastle CBD

This project involved extensive internal building renovation and fit-out to transform a dated, run down old office environment into a cutting edge, market leading advertising agency. The entire internal fit-out of the first floor of this building has to be demolished and removed via the rear windows to create an open space in which the new fit-out could be constructed.

Works included timber frame gyprock clad partition walls and a combination of set and drop in tile suspended ceilings. Materials used in the project include solid polished timber floors, designer modular carpet tiles, commercial glass and aluminium doors and office fronts. The fit out includes: - male and female toilet areas, kitchen and a breakout café style bar counter which has a particularly eye catching feature tiled wall.
