Office Re-fit - Bolton Street

This project involved the transformation of a blank concrete tenancy into a cutting edge, market-leading Financial Advisors Head Office. Works included structural steel mezzanine floor, timber frame fire-rated gyprock clad partition walls and set and drop-in tile suspended ceilings. Materials used include solid polished timber floors, quality broadloom carpet, commercial glass, aluminium doors and office fronts.

The fit out includes disabled male / female toilet area, kitchen, open plan and individual office areas, reception and boardroom. The large amount of storage has been accommodated within custom designed joinery units.
